Really solid & lovely build quality. As reviews say online is quite firm foam but not overly & will age well because of that. The only reasons it got a 9 is... Gas lift is taller then normal chairs, so most will no doubt need the next size down, at £25! I am about 6" & most of thats my legs ;). i will be ordering the next one down myself. Only other possible gripe, for such a well finished chair is some of the visible screws are silver & should of been black to match, but now im nitpicking. Took the shine off a possible 10/10
Absolutely amazing but needs a bit of tweaking.

Starting from the beginning. The packaging was spot on. Mostly easy to get to whilst also being well protected. Building was pretty easy, it's mostly like the usual desk chair with slight differences. The bolts for the chair are actually in the chair and I discovered this the hard way. Pretty straight forwardand I am shocked at how great this chair is with the minimal effort required to build apart from the bolts for the back, but that was my fault haha. Coming from an old styled desk chair, this is like upgrading from a P4 to an i7. The comfort is amazing! Not as great as those luxury executive desk chairs,
but it's certainly amazing and the back support spot on for me. The wheels glide along with 0 resistance on carpet, and plastic mats and when going from the carpet to mat, usual desk chair gets stuck at times, this had no such issues. Rubber wheels are something off skateboards which I thought was clever!
I'm a pretty big guy, and I can do the whole leaning back with ease. In fact, I did this whilst listening to music at my PC and almost fell asleep. My only issue and I'm not sure if it's probably my nitpicking. The arm rests are unable to be fixed properly and because of this, they're tad loose and wobble a bit.
I've checked to see if I could remedy this or if I missed something, but this seems to be how they're meant to be? It soon goes when resting your arms, but when pulling/pushing the chair from the right arm rest the arm rest swivels 60° and this is using the normal strength. nothing extreme or over the top.
It's easy to overlook and doesn't interfere with usual use.
This has everything I wanted and also what I didn't think I wanted. I also understand this review is lengthy, but hoping this will help people with decision making and also learn from me about the back rest and it's bolts already in place.
Seriously, a phenomenal product.
Very comfortable

I've had this chair about 2 months now and I'm still really pleased with it.It was relatively easy to put together albeit quite cumbersome when putting together alone.
While I do find it a very comfortable chair it is quite a bit firmer than I was expecting and it took me a week or so to get used to it. The head cushion and lumbar cusion are great additions.
The only things I feel let it down are the arm rests feel as though they are in the wrong place (a little narrow) but that could just be me. The other would be that you can't lower the chair down far enough. When I want to switch to playing on the console rather than the PC I like to tilt the chair back a bit but that means my feet don't touch the floor. I'm not small (about 5'11) so bear that in mind.
All in all I would still recommend this chair
