Had this chair for about a week now and its fantastic, Assembly was a bit of a minor problem (No instructions were included but followed instruction on Noblechairs Website for Epic and watched the above video} hence 1 point deducted. Built Quality is amazing and fits my Beefy/Husky/Fat frame with ease.
Good Material Quality, mechanicaly needs improvement
by José Fernandes
I needed a new office/gaming chair. My old Altamira office chair with +20 years was to uncomfortable due to the collapse of the inside rubber bands support of the bottom (pieces of rubber coming from inside to the floor.
I decide for the Noblechairs Hero series PU leather with Black / Platinum-White.
After the assembly witch toke me about 20 min, time to try it in their definitive place, in my office in front of my computer.
The comfort is very good, the seat is firm, but not hard. After adjust the back rest to my like, it feels as its fit to my body.
I’m 177cm tall, but with long legs (serve me well in Volleyball), and at the lowest seat height my feet’s lay flat on the floor, but I order the -3cm gas lift, too get more play space with my legs.
The negatives I’ve found where mechanical, which disappoint me, namely the rocker mechanism that when in the locked position as some play (0,5 cm) – my +20 years Altamira as zero play when locked.
The lever of the tilting mechanism as a screw that I tried to adjust, but the plastic lever still play in their place. Notice that there are some models that as this lever made of metal, I would like to know if they have zero play ?
The enlarged 4D armrests have too much play. They should be static, with no play when set at their position.
These are things that I wasn’t expected in a chair made in Germany with their quality control.
They must revise these negative points and correct them.
